Generally, there shouldn’t be an issue with buying video bandwidth and creating more channels right away.
If you have purchased extra bandwidth and are having trouble, here are a few things that you can do to work through this issue:
- Go to the main dashboard on your Dacast account and check on the data remaining. It should reflect the purchased video bandwidth and plan you are currently using.
- Clear your cache and cookies on the browser you are using.
- You can log out of your Dacast account then log back in.
